Rossi celebrates 40 years of history with GPTW certification, consolidating its position among the best companies to work for

Indústrias Rossi was recognized this Friday (20) as one of the best companies to work for in Brazil, according to the GPTW certification 2024/2025 edition, reinforcing its commitment to employees and exemplary management practices.

This certification is based on a completely anonymous survey of employees.

The ranking, promoted by the global consultancy Great Place to Work in partnership with media outlets such as Época Negócios and Valor Econômico, analyzes companies of different sizes and sectors, considering criteria such as development, leadership, communication, recognition and benefits, among others.

 

Rossi: 40 years of innovation and excellence

Founded in 1984 in Brasilia, Rossi was born with the dream of being present in people's daily lives, offering comfort and security in automation solutions. A pioneer in gate automation, the company now manufactures the world's fastest automation systems and a wide range of products, such as electronic control panels, remote controls, gates and software.

Collaborative and inclusive environment

Indústrias Rossi achieved an excellent performance in the different criteria considered in the evaluation. Among them, “credibility” scored the highest. However, items such as “camaraderie” and “respect” also stood out with similar scores, reflecting the uniformity and constancy of the company's practices. These results point to a balanced and inclusive working environment, valued by employees from different areas and organizational levels.

The study also highlighted two other notable aspects: impartiality and pride, which were among the top 10 ratings among employees. These indicators reinforce the perception of a collaborative, healthy workplace committed to diversity and mutual respect.

Among the dozens of anonymous comments in the survey, we can highlight a few: 

“Ethical company, prepared employees and managers, innovation in products and processes, relaxed atmosphere.” 

“Excellent working environment, achievable targets, good relationship with management, good salary and benefits.”
